Here we tour the city and the Amber Palace and also have some free time to explore this bustling city. Next we head into the rural arid region of Shekhawati where we stay in a classic Rajasthani heritage hotel and see the colourful outdoor frescoes painted on many of the houses. We then return to Delhi where you have the rest of the day free to shop, eat and explore. The next morning we board the train to Amritsar, where we tour the Golden Temple, heart of the Sikh religion and visit other parts of the city before enjoying the fun border closing ceremony at Wagah.
