East African Odyssey tour

Tour Experience

3-week African adventure from Nairobi to Vic Falls

Available

All year round on Fridays

Location

Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, and Zambia

An spectacular 3-week wildlife odyssey that takes you through the very heart of the African continent. Starting in Victoria Falls all the way north to Nairobi, passing along Luangwa National Park, Lake Malawi, Zanzibar and the Serengeti. This is an 'accommodated' tour, staying in hotels and lodges rather than camping.

Visit Zambia’s finest game reserve which is the Luangwa National Park, with some of the largest populations of leopards. East you visit Lake Malawi which is the third largest lake in Africa and also the eighth largest in the world. As we head north we travel through Tanzania to stop at the majestic spice island of Zanzibar. This island is best known for its pristine beaches and spice tours. The next northern stop is Arusha where we will do a number of optional safaris of the world famous Serengeti National Park. This great park is known for some of the greatest animal migrations when thousands of wildebeest make their annual cross of the vast grassy plains. The optional safari will also allow you a visit to the Ngorongoro crater, a proper wildlife phenomenon. Our final destination is Kenya and our tour end in the capital Nairobi.

Important Note: the itinerary below is written with an optional Activity Package included. This optional payment covers what we consider highly recommended activities on the tour. Separating these activities out is designed to help people with differing budgets. If required, the Activity Package should be pre-purchased prior to your arrival to guarantee availability and to help your guides plan ahead to help the smooth running of the tour.
