How to book & pay

When you are happy with the tour itinerary and price you’ve been discussing with us, we will send you a booking form and invoice. Please complete and sign the booking form, and return it to us by post, fax or scan/email.

Your deposit payment is due at the time of booking, together with your booking form. Your deposit will be calculated as the total of:

• An initial payment towards the costs of the land arrangements of the tour. This will normally be £150 per person but some tours may require a higher figure if we have larger initial costs that we may not be able to recover if you cancel.
• Full payment for any international or internal flights you are booking as part of the tour
• Full payment for any travel insurance policy you have chosen

Balance payments are due at least 8 weeks before departure.
If you book within 8 weeks of the start date of the tour, then your full payment will be due straight away.

We accept payments by cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer, or by debit/credit card.

Paying by cheque:

• Please make cheques payable to ‘Uncover the World Ltd. Trust Account’, and post them to us at the address given on your booking form and invoice.

Paying by Debit/Credit Card:

• Please contact us by telephone (0845 130 4849; +44 845 1304849) with your credit or debit card details (cards we accept include Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express). The name and address the card is registered to should be the same as on your booking form. We are not able to accept card payments from somebody who is not travelling on the tour.
• Help us prevent credit card fraud. Do not send your credit card information to us by email.
• All payments by credit card, or any card registered outside the UK, are subject to a 2% surcharge. UK debit card payments do not incur a fee.

Paying by Bank Transfer:

• You can make a direct transfer from your bank to our Trust Account. Please ensure that you cover any charges made by both the sending and receiving banks.
• Please give your surname or Booking ID as a reference if possible, andlet us know when you have made the transfer so that we can look out for your payment.
• Our full bank details will be provided with your invoice.

All payments to Uncover the World are protected by our Travel Trust Association membership, and are held in a Trust Account and not released to us until the completion of your tour. More information on your financial security.
