Visit Asia

This vast and geographically diverse region stretches from the islands of Japan in the east to the mountains of Georgia in the west. It includes exciting holiday destinations like the Himalayan jewel of Tibet, the endless grasslands of Mongolia and the ancient cities of China.

China has a wealth of hidden treasures just waiting to be discovered. The Great Wall stretches further than the eye can see, and stands testament to the ingenuity of man. The crumbling courtyards of the Forbidden City, the massive portrait of Mao staring out over Tiananmen Square and the bustling streets of Shanghai all add to the heady mix that is China. Far to the west, nestled in the Himalayas, lies the Tibetan city of Lhasa, the spiritual home of Buddhism, and to the south Taiwan stands defiant. In Japan, Tokyo’s ancient cultures and modern technology mingle in the shape of pagoda temples and conveyor belt Sushi. Hong Kong’s crowded streets offer high-end shopping and a taste of British colonial history. The wide empty expanses of Siberia are perfect for more intrepid explorers who want to get back in touch with nature. The western ‘Stans’ are made up of sparsely populated plains, where life passes slowly and adventure travellers can turn back the clock amongst nomads whose lifestyle hasn't changed for centuries.

A Taste of Tibet

A Taste of Tibet

20th May 2010 by Roland Gimenez
Well what a trip!
Arriving at Kathmandu, the hotel was very comfortable, the staff could not do enough for me, as for the team - they looked after me very well right up until I flew back home. I managed to get my own room every night in Tibet thanks to Kalsang (the Tibetan guide); he was very helpful.  As for the group, we had so much fun and all got on really well.
To summarise: Great trip to Tibet, great people, amazing landscapes, wonderful culture - I had a fantastic time!
Thank you for all your help.

Nepal, Tibet & Bhutan Tour - best holiday ever!

The hotels, travelling arrangements etc., were all excellent and everything went like clockwork.

November 2010 by Ms Ann Logue

I would like to thank you for arranging such an incredible adventure for Ann and myself. We were both very impressed with the organisation of the whole trip and to date we think it is our best holiday ever. The hotels, travelling arrangements etc., were all excellent and everything went like clockwork. Ram in Nepal was an excellent guide as was Braccus (our guide in Kathmandu itself). Ramesh Maharjan our driver throughout Nepal was excellent and we both felt he was an incredible driver with all that traffic! We were so pleased to have him as our driver throughout our time in Nepal feeling totally safe with him at all times and would not hesitate to recommend him and Ram as a driver and guide. Both Ann and myself feel we have made new friends in Ramesh and Ram. They gave so much to our trip above and beyond the call of duty. Our trip to Tibet was equally excellent and our guide there by the name of Druja Kar again gave us so much above and beyond the call of duty. He educated us into the customs of Tibetans and was courteous and considerate at all times. Even when it was supposed to be free time he looked after us and took us to real Tibetan restaurants where the food was superb (no upset stomachs throughout the whole trip!). Again we would like to recommend him as a guide to any of your clients whether sightseeing or trekking. He is a wonderful character and his English is perfect along with being a kind and thoughtful person. Again we feel we have made a new friend in Druja. We would not hesitate to recommend your Company to any of our friends and would like to know if you cover Kerala and surrounding areas in India?
